- Exchange net wt. * prevailing time.
- Refund Net wt. Prevailing Purchase Rate.

Real Diamond Jewellery:
- 85% to 90% of Prevailing price of real diamond. (CASH BACK & EXCHANGE)

LAB GROWN DIAMOND:
- 75-80% of Prevailing price of lab grown diamond. (CASH BACK & EXCHANGE)

Real Polki/Vilandi Jewellery:
- 70% to 75% of bill value cash back & exchange.

Silver Jewellery:
- 80% of the net weight exchange or cash back.

Silver Vessels:
- 90% of the net weight exchange or cash back.

In case of Jewellery is damaged or re-shaped condition, the customer has to bear making charges at the time of exchange OR return even within permissible period.

If the customer gives advance and fixes the gold rate on ready ornaments, the fixed gold rate applicable is valid for 30 days. In case delivery is taken after 30 days, the applicable gold rate will be the higher of two. (CURRENT OR FIXED GOLD RATE)
